Nebraska Senator sues God

I’m giving $45,000:1 odds that God is a no-show. $1,000 says that the judge does not have the guts to find HIM in contempt. Any takers?

God is dead.
well, since God has no permanent address then he is indigent. He could be placed on a wanted list.
