Sooner or later Americans will be having faith-based fried chickens (Think fortune cookies), with biblical codes stuffed into those poor de-feathered creatures.
This over-emphasis on Christianity, in my opinion, will become an Achilles heel for Christianity, particularly those on the more moderate side, who simply cannot understand why their fundie counterparts are so hell-bent on stamping "God" on everything: schools, government institutions etc. Even the media isn't spared.
When the satire is less scary than the actual situation, people should worry.
It amazes me how much money the U.S. puts in security and how little they put in education.
It's the fault of all major companies, you know: fear of innovation. Because we're so worried about keeping what we have, we stop reinforcing the base and branching out. Soon we're left with a house of cards and people look for people from outside to blame when the fault lays within.
